PhD cum laude from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia. As Dean of Business at Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas (UPC) and President of Universidad Privada del Norte, I was one of the top 100 executives of Laureate Education worldwide. I have visited 88 universities in 17 countries.
I founded arena in 2000 as a premium consulting firm. Since 2026, we have devoted 50% of our after-tax profits to private non-profit health and education institutions that prove they use the resources they receive efficiently.
Alongside this, I support several of these institutions directly and pro bono — in management, planning and financial sustainability — because I believe high-level consulting shouldn’t be a privilege reserved for those who can afford it.
Nationalities: Peruvian and Swiss.
